You publish a branded pitch portal URL. Artists visit it and upload their tracks, bio, social links, and EPK — no account required. All submissions land directly in your Pitchhood inbox, structured and ready to review.

Can I invite my team to review pitches together?

Yes. You can invite unlimited collaborators (on Label plan) who each score independently. Pitchhood aggregates scores, shows individual ratings, and highlights consensus — all in real time via Supabase.

Is it built with Next.js and Supabase?

Yes. Pitchhood is built with Next.js (App Router), Supabase for auth and database, deployed on Vercel, and version-controlled on GitHub via rocket.new. The stack is modern, scalable, and production-ready from day one.

Do artists get notified about their submission status?

Automatically. When you move an artist to a new stage in the pipeline, they receive a branded email notification. You can customize the messaging per stage — no manual emails needed.

Can I use it while I'm working elsewhere?

Absolutely. Pitchhood is a web app — accessible on any device, any time. Your team can review pitches async, and the Kanban board updates in real time so everyone stays aligned.
